- 1 / 5By Andreia ECustomer service was poor. There was a misunderstanding and my order was incorrect, and they did nothing to rectify the mistake. Basically dropped 12 dollars there and left with nothing. They only offered to charge me more for another order, and complained about the cost on their end. No service, no refunds. Inflexible and the customer is berrated. Would have been happy to pay a bit extra for something different. All in all a very negative experience with zero customer service. I didn't try and blame anyone for the mistake, but in the end I had to pay the cost!September 20, 2016
